1 · Oct 7, 2018. Hi All, Quick question - hopefully easy answer. Just changed the oil in my 2014 TDI. I reset the service setting. It shows the new time/mileage and the little orange Itstates if not using VCDS then two options: 1. Select settings in MFD, go to service, select reset, select ok. 2. Push/hold 0.0 button, turn key to on, release button and quickly press the time reset button and release 1 time. This should reset the service and the mfd should return to normal in a few moments.

Heres where I'm at: Car: Aussie RHD 08' V6 TDI with air suspension. I've got the red 'Running Gear Fault' warning on my MFD. The car is sitting at normal ride height but won't raise or lower. Here's what I've done so far: Checked the fuse next to batt under the seat - all good. Checked the fuse in fuse cluster on the right hand end of the dash HOWTO RESET: Volkswagen Atlas Service Maintenance Light. VOLKSWAGEN ATLAS SERVICE LIGHT RESET STEP 1 Turn OFF the ignition. STEP 2 Press and hold the 0.0 button, located at the center of HOW TO RESET. 1 Ignition turned off. 2. Press and hold down distance reset button (bottom right of speedo display) and turn ignition on to first "click" whilst still holding down the distance reset button for about 15 seconds. 3.
