Everything Has a Cost (buy fiefs) is a game changer. Maxing out leadership nets you a permanent +55 morale, not sure how much it helps. Maxing out athletics gives you a whopping 19.5% speed boost, underwhelming. Even if it's not a skill / perk. However, in 1.5.4 (Beta Patch), may of the Perks for all Skills have been implemented, with some being rewritten. To subscribe to the Beta Patch process, you'd have to choose Steam->Library->Right-click on Bannerlord->Updates->Opt-in and choose the patch version, IIRC.
