In the new document dialog box, if the Intent is set to Print, the color space will automatically be set to CMYK. If the intent is Web or Mobile, it will be RGB. A document can also be converted from CMYK to RGB by going to the Color panel menu. The default color mode is established when you create the document.
To search and replace in more than one document, ensure that all these documents are open in InDesign. Select the Find Color dropdown, and select the color you want to find. Select the Change Color dropdown and select from the saved color swatches. You can also add and select a new swatch by choosing Select New Color Swatch > Add.

On a PDF Export you can convert all of the document’s CMYK colors to RGB by choosing an RGB Destination profile in the Export Output tab. An Export to Interactive PDF will automatically convert all color to sRGB. Or, if you want to change the document colors—select Add Unnamed Colors from the Swatches flyout, and then select all of the
Open the flyout menu in the Color panel and click on CMYK. The Color panel stays in whatever mode it started in, or is switched to. This doesn't affect the color mode of the document or the color; it's just a different way of describing the color.
